1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date the order is placed. This period includes time for quality control, packaging, and logistics coordination. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Verification: Once your order is placed, our team will verify payment and shipping details. If there are any discrepancies or missing information, we will contact you using the email address provided to resolve the issue before proceeding with fulfillment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times: Shipping timeframes depend on the destination country. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • All destinations: 7–15 business days

Please note that while most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery may take up to 20 business days in rare cases due to customs clearance, weather delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. These costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in a promotion or offer.

3. Tracking and Updates

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system after shipment.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive emails during each phase of your order, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking details
  • Delivery confirmation (where available)

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipping confirmation email, you must contact us at elvirashopofficial@outlook.com within 3 days (i.e., by day 23 post-shipment). We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and work to find a solution.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders: For orders shipped outside of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia, local import taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the destination country.

Elvira is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or additional charges incurred upon delivery.

5. Return to Sender; Incorrect Addresses

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to confirm the correct information. In such cases, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

6. Non-Delivery Inquiries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe and you've already checked your tracking information, please contact us at elvirashopofficial@outlook.com. Include your order number and any relevant details for faster assistance.
