Wholesale Policy

- Wholesale Policy -

• Payment Method: We accept payments in the form of debit, credit, or PayPal payments.
• Payment Terms: We are only able to guarantee items to those who prepay for their items. * All orders will be fulfilled on a first come basis.
• Estimated Lead Time: Wholesale items have a 0-2 week turnaround time for most items, if there is high demand the fulfillment time could be slightly longer. Pre-Orders will usually be around 10-12 weeks. 
• Shipping: Shipping invoices will be sent when items are ready to be shipped. Items will not be shipped until shipping invoices are paid in full. For international orders, per standard, duties are the responsibility of the recipient. 
• Return, cancellations, and discounts: We only accept returns on defective or damaged items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at ShopElvira1@gmail.com if there are any problems with your order. We don’t accept cancellations at this time.
